I am a healthcare executive and U.S. Navy veteran whose career has been shaped by a simple belief: exceptional patient care and strong organizational health go hand in hand. As Chief Clinical Officer for Team Select Home Care, I bring more than three decades of healthcare experience to leading clinical and operational transformations, always with a focus on what genuinely improves the lives of patients and the teams who care for them. My career began in the U.S. Navy, where I served as a Hospital Corpsman. That experience instilled in me a mission-first mindset that continues to guide every leadership decision I make. I later became a Registered Nurse, and my clinical foundation still shapes how I approach operations—not as abstract systems, but as the everyday experiences of patients and caregivers. Throughout my career, I have focused on building collaborative, transparent teams where people feel trusted, valued, and supported. That commitment has helped cultivate strong employee retention and healthier organizational cultures. I am passionate about connecting technical innovation, day-to-day operational needs, and clinical quality. I have also guided organizations through complex initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, integration, and regulatory compliance, without losing sight of the patient at the center of every decision. As a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, I approach growth thoughtfully, helping ensure that as organizations expand, the quality and integrity of care grow alongside them. I am also a dedicated mental health advocate, and that commitment informs my holistic view of healthcare—one in which patient well-being and employee well-being are essential parts of the same mission.
