Who Qualifies for In-Home Support Services?
Adults – Colorado Residents
Adults who are:
- on the Elderly, Blind, Disabled (EBD) Waiver.
- on the Complementary and Integrative Health (CIH) Waiver.
Are eligible to receive In-Home Support Services to include:
- Health Maintenance Activities: Assistance with skilled health-related activities that a CNA, LPN, or RN typically provides. The Nurse Practice Act has been waived so members can hire and train staff without certifications or licensure.
- Personal Care: Assistance with bathing, dressing, or eating activities.
- Homemaker: Assistance with general household activities needed to maintain a healthy and safe living environment, such as housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry.
