- AHCCCS – Parents, guardians, and family members of Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS) Members who are under age 21 may be employed as a licensed health aid (LHA) and provide nursing related services to their qualifying relative

Family CNA Update: The Family CNA Program is live (called the Florida Family Home Health Aid Program). Some state regulations still need to be adjusted (income disregard and training requirements need to be fixed). AHCA is implementing the changes and is awaiting CMS approval.

- Georgia Medicaid Waiver Programs
- Elderly and Disabled Waiver Program – formerly called the Community Care Services Program (CCPS), provides in-home and community-based services as an alternative to a nursing home
- The Katie Beckett Medicaid Program – provides benefits to certain children 18 and under who qualify as disabled individuals and who live at home rather than in an institution
Family CNA Update: The Family CNA Program (unskilled only) in HB 4178 (2024) was passed. (HB 3475/SB 2434), which was passed for a full program in 2025. Each piece of legislation is being implemented by HFS.

Family HHA and Personal/Attendant Care Update: Family HHA and Attendant Care services under the Health and Wellness Waiver and Pathways for seniors for attendant care services. Parents and family members are allowed to provide attendant care under the H and W waiver if the child is under the age of 21. Spouse can provide paid caregiving if the individual is 65 and older on the Pathways Waiver
