Currently, CareSightAI focuses on respiratory, cardiac, and infection (NEW) health; such as breathing patterns, oxygen levels, heart rate trends, and related changes, because these are some of the most common causes of hospitalization in home health. Today, the platform is only applied to patients with a documented respiratory, cardiac, and/or infection-related diagnosis. As we continue to refine the platform, it will expand to monitor other health conditions as well.

Yes. If CareSightAI alerts the care team to an identified change in your loved one’s health, your nurse or case manager will contact you promptly to explain what’s happening and discuss next steps.
