At Team Select Home Care, we’re proud to announce the next chapter in our continued growth.

Marathon Nursing is now officially part of Team Select Home Care, a leader in home health care and pediatric nursing services.

While the acquisition was finalized in April 2025, we are now entering Phase 2 of our brand transition, and Marathon is beginning to operate publicly as Team Select Home Care, formerly Marathon Nursing.

This marks an exciting step forward in bringing our shared values, expertise, and resources together to better serve families across Massachusetts with enhanced health care services.

This partnership brings together two organizations aligned in purpose, values, and dedication to compassionate, high-quality nursing care. While the name is beginning to reflect our shared identity, what remains constant is the strong local team that has been delivering care you can trust, and will continue to do so.

Together, we provide a continuum of care that includes Continuous Skilled Nursing (CSN), Private Duty Nursing (PDN), school based 1:1 support, and our Family CNA Program, Complex Care Assistants (CCA). Our team serves both pediatric and adult patients. Care is delivered in English, Spanish, and Haitian, reflecting the communities we serve across urban and suburban Massachusetts.

What This Means for Families and Partners:

  • The same trusted caregivers and office staff remain in place, continuing to serve patients with the same commitment and heart.

  • With the strength of Team Select behind them, the Marathon team now has access to expanded tools, technology, and support to enhance care delivery, care coordination, and team development.

  • Patients and families can expect even more resources, greater support, and a continued focus on personalized, medically complex care, without any disruption.

Marathon’s CHAP Accreditation and exceptional staff, including Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Complex Care Assistants will continue to uphold the high standards that families rely on.

Hey there! I’m a Florida-born healthcare enthusiast who turned a college degree into a coast-to-coast mission of impact. My journey kicked off at the University of North Florida, where I studied Healthcare Administration and discovered a love for people-first leadership. From day one as a recruiter at Integrity Health Services, I was hooked—and before long, I was opening a brand-new office in Orlando and climbing into operations leadership. But things really took off when Integrity joined forces with Team Select Home Care. I helped lead the integration, then hit the gas as Senior VP of Growth, launching new offices and building powerhouse teams across the country. Today, I’m the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing operations in 15 states and 50 locations (and growing)—still fired up by the mission, and still all-in on making care better for every family we serve. Outside of work, I’m a husband, dad to two amazing daughters, and a proud Arizona transplant loving life in the desert. It’s been a wild ride—and I’m just getting started!
