Families, caregivers, and community partners will continue working with the same local team they know and trust; now in a bright, updated space designed to support collaboration, connection, and care coordination.

How to Find Us

  1. Parking: Free parking on the side and back parking lot.
  2. Entrance: Located in the Christian University Building, you can use either the Main Elevator or Staircase to reach the second floor.
  3. Wayfinding: Located on the side of the Main Elevator, you can Follow signs for Team Select Home Care easily.

Open House with Heart – Colorado Springs Event

We’re excited to welcome you into our refreshed Colorado Springs office for an Open House with Heart. On Wednesday, February 11, stop by Suite 221 any time between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to see the new space and celebrate a Valentine’s-themed day with our local team. We’ll have sweet treats and goodies throughout the day, and we’d love to say hello.

Team Select Home Care supports individuals participating in IHSS, offering personal care, homemaking and health maintenance activities through a trusted local team. Members that are only needing personal care and homemaking can also get those agency services through Team Select.

Extraordinary Cleaning

Our Extraordinary Cleaning Program supports healthier home environments, especially for medically complex individuals and families. Team Select will work with your CMA to ensure the appropriate level of care is covered.

Team Select Home Care – Colorado Springs FAQ

PDN is licensed RN/LPN shift-based care delivered at home for medically fragile individuals whose conditions requiring ongoing nurse-level support (e.g., respiratory technology, complex medication administration, trach/vent care).

The office is open Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. Any communication outside of business hours will be returned by the next business day unless it is an emergency.

You should contact the office after hours for any call offs, hospitalizations or emergencies.

When calling the office after hours you will be greeted with many options to meet your needs. Please listen carefully to the options and select the appropriate option to leave a message to be returned the following business day or for emergencies or call offs to connect with the on call employee.
