About Corey Beiswanger

I am originally from Stafford, Virginia, and grew up as the son of a U.S. Marine Corps officer. I attended Longwood University in Farmville, Virginia, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Sociology. From an early point in my career, I knew I wanted to pursue work that allowed me to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. I began my professional career as a Foster Care Social Worker with the Roanoke County Department of Social Services, supporting children and families through challenging circumstances. I later transitioned to working with adults with disabilities as an Employment Specialist, helping individuals find meaningful employment and providing the support they needed to maintain long-term success in the workplace. In 2019, my wife and I decided to take a leap of faith and move to sunny Florida, settling in the Tampa Bay area. It was there that I began my career in healthcare with Integrity Health Services, now Team Select Home Care, as a Healthcare Recruiter. The position was a natural fit because it allowed me to continue helping others - connecting families of medically complex children with the nurses they needed - while also building a career in the healthcare industry. I eventually had the opportunity to help launch our Ocala office, where I served as Director of Operations for three years. I later transitioned to our Jacksonville office, where I currently serve as Director of Operations.
