We will recognize and award those team members who truly embody the spirit of our mission. Your story has the power to resonate across our entire organization, fostering a culture of inspiration, support, and excellence. Check out the award-winning details below!

Share it: Use your cell phone to record a short video. It doesn’t have to be fancy – just heartfelt and genuine.

  • Selfie Mode: You can simply hold the phone and record yourself (vertically)
  • Ask a Friend: If you prefer, ask someone to record you.
  • Would you rather send a message instead of a video? – No problem!

Record It: The video and/or message should just share your story about a moment that sparked you to do something great! Duration should be 30 seconds to 1 minute long.

  • Share how a personal experience with a loved one’s healthcare journey inspired you to join the company, aiming to make a difference in others’ lives’
  • How Team Selects ignited a newfound passion for a specific aspect of healthcare (like home health or recruiting, etc.)

  • Share an experience where you made a difference in a patient’s life, sparking a deeper commitment to home health.
  • How forming a meaningful relationship with a patient or family member had a lasting impact on your life.

  • Share an experience of mentoring a new employee or helping a college overcome challenges.
  • How a boss/manager went above and beyond, sparking a new level of teamwork and dedication.

  • How a challenging situation pushed you out of your comfort zone, sparking personal growth and resilience.
  • Did you pursue further education that sparked a deeper passion for what you do?

  • Share an idea or initiative that sparked a significant improvement in the office or with patient care

  • Share an experience about working in the community and it sparked a greater commitment to serve others.
  • How advocating for change inspired others to become more involved and enhance advocacy efforts

  • Highlight a moment where you received a small act of kindness and it sparked you to go the extra mile

  • Reflect on a moment when you felt a strong alignment with Team Select’s mission, sparking a greater sense of belonging and pride.
  • Share a story about the company environment, sparking a stronger drive to great things for our patients
