New Graduate Tuition Reimbursement Program 

Team Select Home Care Student Loan Repayment Program

Eligibility and Program Details:

  • Graduated nursing school after 01/01/2021.
  • Have active student loans.
  • Work at least 130 hours / 80 visits of direct patient care each month.

Available for Eligible Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs).

The purpose of the New Graduate Tuition Reimbursement Program is to:

  • Promote the professional development of Team Select employees.
  • Help newly graduated nurses begin their careers in home care.
  • Contribute to the solution of the critical nursing shortage.
  • Lower health care costs and improve patient outcomes.
  • Provide LPNs and RNs with the ability to promote patient health through patient-specific care plans, reducing hospitalizations.
