401K with Company Match

Team Select 401K Quick Answers:

Yes. As of January 31, 2026, Team Select Home Care provides a company 401(k) match for eligible employees.

  • Team Select matches 25% of the first 2% of pay that you contribute.
  • The employer match is funded annually (on or around January 31 of the following year).
  • The first employer match deposit will occur on or around January 31, 2027.

This benefit reflects our long-term commitment to investing in our employees’ financial well-being.

You can enroll in the Team Select 401(k) plan if you:

  • Are 21 years of age or older
  • Have completed 1 month of employment
  • Enroll on the first of the month following 1 month of employment
  • Are not a resident of Puerto Rico or a nonresident alien with no U.S. income

To receive the company match, you must:

  • Complete 1 year of service
  • Work at least 1,000 hours
  • Be employed on the last day of the plan year

Highly compensated employees (those earning more than $160,000 in the previous year) may participate in the 401(k) plan but are not eligible for the employer match.

Your personal contributions are always 100% vested.

Employer match contributions follow a 3-year cliff vesting schedule:

After three years of service, you are fully vested in the company’s contributions.
