Personal/Attendant Care Update: Under a 1115 Waiver, Arizona Medicaid is allowing family members and parents to provide Personal/Attendant Care services to their loved ones under 21 years of age, with this program going permanent once the Public Health Emergency (PHE) has come to an end.
