Team Select Home Care provides skilled Private Duty Nursing servicesfor medically fragile children and adults in Raleigh, Wake County, and surrounding communities across North Carolina. Our services include one-on-one in-home nursing support from Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)—specializing in ventilator and tracheostomy care, enteral feeding, seizure management, and other complex medical needs.
