Thursday, December 4th

Conference Registration: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

  • Location: In the Ballroom Foyer
  • Parking: You will have to valet your car this will be covered by us! It is on a first come by first serve, but they can direct to nearby parking garages too!
  • If you arrive early, feel free to leave bags with the valet and enjoy the resort amenities! Early check-in is not a guarantee.
  • Airport Transportation Information – Tempe Mission Palms offers complimentary airport shuttle service to and from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, included in the hotel’s destination fee.
  • From the Airport to the Hotel
    Once you’ve collected your luggage and are ready for pickup, please call the hotel at +1 (480) 894-1400 to request shuttle service. The hotel will provide an estimated pickup time and confirm your terminal’s curbside location.

    • Hours of Operation: 5:30 a.m. – 10:00 p.m., daily
    • Reservations: Not required
  • From the Hotel to the Airport
    The shuttle operates on an as-needed basis, departing every 30 minutes on the hour and half-hour between 5:30 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. No advance reservation is required. Please note that Lyft or Uber expenses will not be reimbursed, as this service is fully provided by the hotel.

Hotel Check-in: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM

  • Location: Hotel Lobby
    • Reservations are under your full name. (A credit card will be required for incidentals only)

Meet & Greet: 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM

  • Location: Conference Hall Lobby
    • Attendees: All conference participants (out-of-town and Arizona residents). Employees only, please.
    • Parking: Local attendees may park in general parking at the resort (no fee). Follow the signs.

Awards Dinner: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • Welcome Dinner and Awards
    • Location: Palm ABDE Ballroom
    • Attendees: All conference participants (out-of-town and Arizona residents). Employees only, please.
    • Parking: Local attendees may park in general parking at the resort (no fee). Follow the signs.
  • Dress Code: Cocktail Business Formal. Dress up or keep it classic—business attire or nice dress clothes are perfect (gowns and suits are optional).

Dinner Notes: It’s essential for everyone to stay refreshed and ready for Friday’s full day of events!

Friday, December 5th

*Don’t forget to wear your Team Select Conference T-shirt! You’ll get this when you register with us. 

Breakfast Buffet: 8:15 – 9:15 AM

  • Location: Poolside Terrace (outdoor)
    • Please bring a coat or sweater as it will be outside. ALL conference attendees (employees only) are expected to attend.

Conference Program: 9:30 – 12:00 PM

  • Location: Palm Room
  • Conference Guidelines:
    • Please be prompt!
    • No cell phones during the conference—plan accordingly.
    • Absolutely no smoking, please! (facility does not allow smoking on property)
    • Dress Code: Casual! Wear your provided conference T-Shirt. There will be both outdoor and indoor activities, so bring a sweater or jacket and check the weather beforehand.
    • Footwear: Sneakers or comfy shoes recommended.

Lunch/Break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

  • Location: Courtyard East & West (Existing 220)

Conference Program (Continued): 1:00 pm – 3:00 PM

  • Conference Ends / Return to Rooms

Holiday Party: 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM 

It’s party time! Doors open at 7:00 PM, and you’re in for an unforgettable evening of appetizers, dinner, and drinks – all included for you and your guest. Don’t forget to wear the bracelets provided at registration for entry.

Getting There:

You can walk or hop on our complimentary shuttle service from The Tempe Mission Palms.

Walking Directions:
If you’d like to stroll over, simply:

  1. Exit the hotel at 60 E 5th St and face west toward Mill Avenue.
  2. Turn left (south) on Mill Ave.
  3. Continue a few blocks, then turn right on 6th Street — you’ll see Pedal Haus Brewery at the end of the street!

Please note there will be some road closures due to the Tempe Art Festival, so allow a few extra minutes if you’re walking.

Complimentary Shuttle Service:
A 25-passenger vehicle will be running continuously between The Tempe Mission Palms and Pedal Haus Brewery:

  • Departures: Starting at 6:45 PM and running until approximately 9:00 PM
  • Returns: Beginning at 9:30 PM and continuing until midnight
