Available for eligible Licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and registered Nurses (RNs).
The purpose of the New Graduate Tuition Reimbursement Program is to:

Promote Professional development of Team Select employees

Help newly graduated nurses begin their career in home care

Contribute to the solution of the critical nursing shortage

Lower health care costs and improve patient outcomes

Provide LPNs and RNs with the ability to promote patient health through patient-specific care plans, reducing hospitalizations

- Graduation from an accredited LPN program after January 1, 2021
- Passing NCLEX-PN/RN exam score within six months of graduation
- Current/active license with the state Board of Nursing patient account management and authorizations
- Current/active student loans from completed nursing program
- Eligibility for employment at Team Select based on company employment requirements
- Passing scores on all competency and evaluation assessments
- One letter of recommendation from a supervisor, mentor, patient/ caregiver, or peer to participate in this program
- Minimum of 130 direct patient care hours worked each calendar month to be eligible for monthly tuition reimbursement of up to $5,250 per year. $437.50, each month, tax free.

Graduate LPN or RN Program

Step 1
Sit for and pass the NCLEX-PN or NCLEX-RN exam

Step 2
Join Team Select as an LPN or RN & sign Contract Agreement

Complete minimum 130 direct patient care hours

Receive initial monthly Tuition Reimbursement payment if actively employed
