New Graduate Tuition Reimbursement Program
For new graduates of Licensed Practical Nursing and Registered Nursing programs in select states, Team Select is prepared to offer up to $5,250 in direct tuition reimbursement, per LPN or RN, per year of employment.

Team Select is excited to offer an educational program for RNs/LPNs who are seeking continued education with future, job-related coursework, or seeking to obtain tuition reimbursement for their recent diploma, certificate, or degree (after January 1, 2021).

Direct Service Workforce Grant
The Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) has launched the Direct Service Workforce Grant, benefitting our direct service team members. We plan to use the funding to support our clinicians in the following way(s):
One-Time Recruitment Bonus – As an immediate benefit to new clinical field employees, we plan to issue a one-time bonus after two weeks of field work completed (equivalent to 60 hours).
Three-Round Retention Bonus – All currently active direct care workers, that have an active patient roster, will be eligible for all rounds of the retention bonus if they remain active team members.
Round 1 – A thank you to our field clinicians for being part of the transition to Team Select Home Care and their ongoing collaboration with integrating.
Round 2 – Celebrating progress with our clinicians as we move into a new EMR to better support our patients.
Round 3 – Congratulations to our field clinicians with completing the EMR integration and being part of the Team Select Family!
To continue providing the best care possible to patients and families, overtime will be available to our field clinicians.
