Thursday, December 5th
4:00 PM
- Room Check-In at the Front Lobby for Out-of-Town Attendees
- Location: The Scottsdale Resort & Spa
- Reservations are under your full name. (A credit card will be required for incidentals only)
- If you arrive early, feel free to leave bags with the valet and enjoy the resort amenities! Early check-in is not a guarantee.
- Transportation: Uber/Lyft from the airport to the resort as needed.
4:30 PM
- Registration Role-Call
- Location: Pueblo I ( enter through the first door)
- Badge, T-Shirt & Wristband Pickup: Collect your conference badge (to be worn at dinner and during the conference), wristband, and T-shirt (dark grey in color). Wear your T-shirt on Friday for the conference and keep your wristband handy as it will be required for entry to the Holiday Party.
6:30 PM
- Welcome Dinner and Awards Gala
- Location: Arizona Main Building, Room 2
- Attendees: All conference participants (out-of-town and Arizona residents). Employees only, please.
- Parking: Local attendees may park in general parking at the resort (no fee). Follow the signs.
- Dress Code: Cocktail Business Formal. Dress up or keep it classic—business attire or nice dress clothes are perfect (gowns and suits are optional).
- Note: If you’re unable to attend the welcome dinner, please email paloma.spence@tshc.com ASAP.
Dinner Notes: Each guest will receive two drink tickets (beer and wine). Additional drinks won’t be served during dinner, as it’s essential for everyone to stay refreshed and ready for Friday’s full day of events!
Friday, December 6th

8:00 AM
- Breakfast – Resort Paradise Park Lawn (outdoor)
- Please bring a coat or sweater as it will be outside. ALL conference attendees (employees only) are expected to attend.
8:45 AM
- Bus Loading
- Location: Outside McDowell Building (by the fitness center)
- Please be prompt! All buses depart at 8:45 AM.
- Destination: Scottsdale Stadium- Fieldhouse (on Scottsdale Stadium map)
9:00 AM
- Leadership Conference Begins ✨
Conference Guidelines:
- No cell phones during the conference—plan accordingly.
- Absolutely no smoking, please! (facility does not allow smoking on property)
- Dress Code: Casual! Wear your provided conference T-Shirt. There will be both outdoor and indoor activities, so bring a sweater or jacket and check the weather beforehand.
- Footwear: Sneakers or comfy shoes recommended.
3:30 PM
- Conference Ends / Return to Resort
- Buses will take everyone back to the resort immediately following the end of the conference.
7:00 PM – 1:00 AM
- Sparkle Holiday Party Starts
- It’s PARTY TIME! (Doors open at 7:00 PM)

- Location: Outside McDowell Building (by the fitness center)
- Shuttle Times: 6:45 PM / 7:15 PM / 8:00 PM
- Shuttles to Wasted Grain from the Scottsdale Resort
Return Shuttle Pick-up
- Load Buses
- Location: Outside of Wasted Grain
- Shuttle Times: 11pm/ 12am / 1:00 AM
- Shuttles from Wasted Grain back to the Scottsdale Resort.
- Buses will transport everyone back to the resort immediately after the holiday party concludes.
